Zone Advanced Protection System has been a leading edge Digital Video Solution provider for over 15 years.

In 1986 Zone started development of the world's first Digital Video Alarm Transmission system in which it holds US Patents. The Zone IDV system was sold to over 300 different companies world wide and is still in use today for remote applications. Using it's patented technology Zone developed, in conjunction with Apple Computers, the world's first Digital Hold Up Camera system which was deployed into major financial institutions. In 1995 Zone started Research and Development on it's current product Raptor, the Raptor was released in 1998 at the Olympic Security Expo for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. As a result Raptor was used for the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games at the NSW Police Command Centre.

In 1990 Zone won the prestigious Australian Design Award for it's patented Digital Video Alarm Transmission, 14 years later Zone is still recognised as an award winner. Zone Products OEM version "Planet CCTV" won the "Security Industry's Finest" award by the Security Institute of America at the March 2000 ISC Expo in Las Vegas. Six years running Zone has won a major prize in the prestigious Western Sydney Industry Awards, Australia's largest growing business district.

Zone is an accredited contractor for the Australian Institute of Petroleum.
